PNG files, up to 50 files, 100 MB each. You can also paste with Ctrl+V.
Lower quality makes a smaller PDF. A4 and Letter add a small margin and keep each image’s proportions.
PDF pages can’t keep PNG transparency here, so transparent areas are filled with this colour.
Private by design: your images are processed in your browser and never uploaded. Protected by Cloudflare Turnstile.
Why Convert PNG to PDF?
PNG to PDF conversion places one or more PNG images onto the pages of a PDF document. It is the easiest way to send screenshots, graphics, designs and digital documents as one tidy file. Transparent areas are filled with a background colour you choose, because the PDF pages don't keep PNG transparency.
PNG is the format of screenshots, diagrams, exported slides, infographics, certificates and design files. It keeps text and sharp edges crisp, which is why so many digital documents end up as PNGs.
But sending a pile of PNGs is clumsy. A PDF keeps everything together, opens on every device, prints predictably and is accepted by far more forms and email systems.
Common reasons to convert PNG to PDF:
- You want to send several screenshots as one file, for example as proof or a record.
- A form, portal or email system asks for a PDF instead of an image.
- You exported slides, designs or mock-ups as PNGs and need a single document for a client.
- You want an infographic, diagram or certificate to print neatly on A4 or Letter.
- You need one file that looks the same on every device.
PNG vs PDF at a glance:
| PNG | ||
|---|---|---|
| Purpose | Single image | Document, one or many pages |
| Multiple images in one file | No | Yes |
| Transparency | Yes | Filled with a background colour here |
| Printing on standard paper | Depends on the image | Predictable (A4, Letter) |
| Accepted by forms and portals | Sometimes | Very often |
Good to know
- Transparent areas are filled with a colour. PDF pages made here can't keep PNG transparency. Pick the background colour that suits your use (white is the usual choice for documents and printing).
- The PDF contains images, not text. You can't select or search text inside a screenshot unless you run OCR in another tool.
- Keep quality high for text. Screenshots with small text look best at 90% quality or higher. Lower the quality only if you need a smaller file.
- A4 and Letter add a small margin. On these page sizes each image is fitted inside the page and keeps its proportions, so it isn't stretched.
What You Can Do With This Converter
- Combine many PNGs into one PDF. Add up to 50 images, each up to 100 MB, and make a single multi-page document.
- Choose the page size. Pick A4, US Letter or "same size as image".
- Set the background colour. Transparent areas are filled with the colour you pick, so logos and cut-outs don't turn out black.
- Control the quality. The image quality slider starts at 90%. Lower values make a smaller PDF, which helps with upload limits.
- Keep proportions. Images are never stretched, even when fitted onto A4 or Letter pages.
- Private by design. Files are processed in your browser and never uploaded to a server, which matters for screenshots of accounts, receipts or confidential designs.
- Add images your way. Drag and drop, browse, or paste straight from your clipboard with Ctrl+V. Pasting is handy for screenshots.
- No sign-up, no watermark, no fees.
- Works on any device. Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and iPhone, in any modern browser.

Tips for Getting Sharp, Readable PDFs From PNGs
Screenshots: paste straight in
Take your screenshot, copy it, open the converter and press Ctrl+V. Repeat for each screenshot, then convert once to get one PDF.
Tall screenshots: use "Same size as image"
A very tall scrolling screenshot fitted onto an A4 page gets scaled down, which can make small text hard to read. Choosing "Same size as image" keeps the full size on a single long page. For printing, consider splitting the screenshot into parts.
Transparent logos and graphics: pick the right background
Because transparency isn't kept in the PDF, the background colour you choose shows through. White works for most documents. If your image has white text or a light logo, choose a dark background so it stays visible.
Keep text readable
For screenshots and small text, keep the quality at 90% or higher. If the PDF is too big, resize large images first with Teasoft's Image Resizer rather than lowering quality too far.
Meeting upload size limits
Many portals limit PDF size. If yours is too large:
- Lower the image quality slider (try 70–85%).
- Resize large images with Teasoft's Image Resizer.
- Compress them first with Teasoft's Image Compressor.
- Split the document into two PDFs if needed.
Check the page order
Look at the PDF after converting and confirm the pages are in the order you want. If not, add your images again in the correct order and convert again.
Mixing formats
If some of your files are WebP, HEIC or TIFF, convert them to PNG or JPG first with Teasoft's converters, then combine them here. For photos and scans of paper documents, use Teasoft's JPG to PDF tool.

No. PDF pages made here can't keep PNG transparency, so transparent areas are filled with the background colour you choose. White is the usual choice.

Will my images be stretched or cropped?
No. Images keep their original proportions. On A4 and Letter pages they are fitted inside the page with a small margin.
Why is my PDF so large?
Large, high-resolution PNGs make large PDFs. Lower the image quality slider, or resize or compress the images first.
Will the text in my screenshot stay sharp?
At 90% quality or higher, text in screenshots usually stays clear. Very low quality settings can soften small text, so check the PDF at full size.
