How Do You Generate a Random Colour Palette?

To generate a palette, choose a style and the number of colours, then click Generate palette. Each palette shows a row of colour swatches with their hex codes, such as #2455FD. Click a swatch to copy its code and paste it into your design app, website or CSS.

Palette styles follow colour theory. Analogous colours sit next to each other on the colour wheel and feel calm. Complementary colours sit opposite and create contrast. Triadic colours are evenly spaced for a balanced, lively look. Monochrome uses shades of one hue, Pastel gives soft, light colours, and Vivid gives bold, saturated ones.

Colours are created on your own device. Every result uses your browser’s secure random number generator (crypto.getRandomValues), and nothing you type is sent to Teasoft.
